Hadley Barrett
 
Mr. Barrett is the Managing Partner of Oxford Sustainable Group; one of the leaders (in size, complexity and value) in the design, planning and development side of renewable energy and sustainable development projects for seven years.  The company is developing its own projects as well as supporting private sector companies and various governments with advice, presentations and trainings.
 
Hadley has directed stock market funds and formed, managed and/or sold around 70 companies in this field. He has managed teams, advised or lead projects in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, UK, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Italy, Guernsey, amongst others. Hadley was instrumental in creating the Oxford 360 degree Sustainability Index. His focus is practical, affordable sustainability. In addition, Hadley read an MBA at Oxford University and is Chairman of the Green Building Council in Estonia, non-executive for a number of funds and CEO of the Oxford Sustainable Group.
