World Green Building Week is celebrated annually to draw attention to the importance of creating greener, healthier more sustainable buildings and communities. World Green Building Week shines a spotlight on the key role of buildings in conserving resources, saving money and creating jobs while providing healthier places to live, work and play.

This year, the WorldGBC will unite 90 nations representing more than 20,000 organisations. Together, they will highlight the importance of ‘green buildings for great communities' through events and programs around the globe.

RoGBC member companies are encouraged to organize their own events related to green buildings between 17 - 21 September.

During this week of green building celebration, the RoGBC is organizing a Cradle 2 Cradle for Buildings workshop. This course qualifies for credit as an optional course for the "Romania Green Professional" Certification. More information about the course is available here.
