VIRGILIU 21-23 - by Millstone Developments

The Project has 30 flats of 1-,2- or 3-bedroom designed to maintain the balance between comfort and envinronmental protection. Virgiliu 21-23 is a project developed in the central area of the city and is being built in accordance with the ROGBC certfication program, Green Homes.

The Project is equipped with its own central heating system, consisting of two condensing boilers, arranged in a cascade and with air conditioning system which contains a mix between individual and multisplit air conditioning units that have low consumption, thus ensuring a higher energy efficiency. Another advantage of Virgiliu 21-23 is the exterior carpentry, which is designed to ensure the maximum possible of natural light in the rooms and this contributes in obtaining a low consumption of electricity. Moreover, some of the underground parking lots are equipped with a circuit for electrical sockets for charging such vehicles.
