RoGBC a fost partener cu Bliss Romania, in organizarea conferintei : "Fetele multiple ale pietei imobiliare romanesti" / The Changing Faces of Romanian Commercial Real Estate".

In 2012, slabiciunile economiei romanesti si ale economiilor Europene vor continua sa solicite piata imobiliara comerciala. Bancile care detin un numar mare de active neperformante, trebuie sa isi mareasca numarul de vanzari fortate fata de conditiile de creditare, in timp ce prudenta ii face pe investitorii institutionali sa ceara o mai mare transparenta si un management mai activ din partea managerilor de fonduri de investitii.
Conferinta BLISSROMANIA Comercial Real Estate 2012 a reunit investitori de top si dezvoltatori imobiliari din Romania si Europa pentru a:
