The assessment includes detailed evaluation of "Do-No-Significant-Harm" criteria and minimum requirements for corporate compliance, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all relevant sustainability aspects.

Verification Pathways
The RoGBC offers two distinct pathways for ESG verification.
1. Green Homes Certification
The first pathway utilizes the Green Homes certification program for residential properties, including both new construction and existing buildings. This program has achieved full alignment with EU Taxonomy requirements and provides comprehensive assessment across all environmental objectives, including climate change mitigation, adaptation strategies, sustainable water usage, circular economy principles, pollution prevention, and biodiversity protection.
2. European Taxonomy Verified Alignment Certificate
The second pathway operates through a RoGBC dedicated assessment platform, which facilitates assessment of both individual assets and complete portfolios, while providing comprehensive gap analysis for compliance and fulfillment of reporting requirements.
