The project is offering a total of 29,000 sqm office and commercial space in the north of Bucharest. The building was developed after an investment exceeding 50 mil. Eur. SWAN is the first project in Romania to attain a “Post Construction” certificate under the BREEAM Europe 2009 regulations, achieving a “Very Good” rating. Moreover, the office park was awarded “Green Building Project of The Year” within the Romanian Green Building Council Awards Gala.
