Perry V. Zizzi

Perry V. Zizzi is a partner with the global law firm Dentons, with over 20 years of experience practicing law in the US, Western Europe, the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe and elsewhere. Perry coordinates the Dentons Bucharest banking and finance group and is a core member of the real estate team, from which position he has advised on numerous real estate development, financing, acquisition and leasing transactions in Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey, Hungary, Russia and Italy. Over the years, Perry has been involved and advised on numerous important green building projects in Central Eastern Europe – projects that were recognized for their energy efficiency programs and sustainable energy business, e.g. Floreasca Park and Oregon Park.
Perry earned his J.D. degree at Columbia University Law School and his A.B. in Government (with honors) at Georgetown University. He is a licensed practitioner of law and a member in good standing of the New York Bar, the Bucharest Bar and the Czech Chamber of Advocates. Perry served for two and a half years in the US Peace Corps in Micronesia and was a founding director of United Way Romania.
